The donor agreement will spell out exactly what you will be required to do. It will list exactly what you will be compensated for. It will state the rights of all of the parties. Any agreement that I draft or review for you will cover all of the following provisions.

What would happen if any terms of the contract were violated?
Would you be able to sue if there are any problems?
